What Coaching Looks Like
1. Discovery Call
Every coaching relationship begins with a conversation. During this complimentary discovery call, we'll discuss your current ministry context, leadership challenges, and goals. This is an opportunity for you to share what's weighing on you, ask questions about coaching, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The discovery call is simply a chance to begin exploring the path forward.
2. Customized Coaching Plan
No two ministry leaders face the exact same challenges. After our initial conversation, we'll develop a coaching approach tailored to your unique situation, leadership responsibilities, and desired outcomes.

Whether you're navigating burnout, leading through conflict, discerning a ministry transition, strengthening your team, or pursuing personal and spiritual growth, our coaching sessions will be designed around the areas where you need the most support and clarity.
3. Ongoing Coaching
Through regular coaching sessions, you'll receive a confidential space to process challenges, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Together, we'll identify obstacles, explore opportunities, and create actionable steps that lead to meaningful and lasting growth.

My goal is not simply to help you solve immediate problems, but to help you become a healthier, more effective leader who can thrive in ministry for the long haul.
