For over a decade, I’ve worked with leaders who want to grow with greater clarity and authenticity. My approach blends story, self-awareness, and practical tools to help people lead from who they are — not just what they do. Your story and experiences shape you as a leader more than you know!
I believe every leader’s past and present experiences hold the key to their growth. My role is to help uncover that story and turn it into wisdom that fuels purpose, connection, and transformation.
My Story
I’ve spent much of my life helping people discover meaning, connection, and direction — as an engineer, as an international development practitioner and educator, as a pastor, and now as a coach, facilitator, and story-work practitioner. Ten years of living in rural Latin America with my family taught me what it means to lead with empathy, adaptability, and a true presence with others.
Today, I bring that same curiosity and relational depth into my coaching. I love walking with leaders as they uncover how their stories — the successes, struggles, and everything in between — shape how they lead.
My hope is that every conversation leaves you more grounded, more aware, and more free to lead with clarity and purpose.
For those who are interested, I have a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, an M.A. in International Community Development, and a certification from the ReStory Institute in story work. This unique blend of education and experience helps me walk with leaders in a wide variety of contexts and organizations.
